Rejane pictured with her 18 month old baby sister and mother at their home in Bais, Dumaguette, Philippines. Some days the father earns 60 pesos,  just over a dollar, as a fisherman.

Home is a one room house, constructed of bamboo, timber from coconut trees and  clad with woven palm tree leaves. Approximately 8 ft x 10 ft (2.5m x 3m).
